Let's look at what we worked on in BigBinary Academy during the week of 24th March 2024 to 30th March 2024.

JavaScript Course Update

This week, we have added 10 new questions for learners to test their JavaScript skills.

• Count Substrings with Exactly K Distinct Characters

• Count duplicate characters

• Find unique elements from two arrays

• Count the number of arrays inside an array

• Find the key with the max value in the object

• Convert an object to the query string

• Convert camel case to snake case

• Find the first matching item from an array of objects

• Anagram Checker

• Cumulative Sum Array Generator

HTML Course Update

We have also added a new lesson and a challenge about the target attribute in anchor tag. We have improved the lesson where we talk about adding links inside lists. This was necessary because we have seen many learners get troubled by this.

Added a new Batch

We have added a new batch of final-year students from Government Model Engineering College, Kochi to the workshop. We welcome all 70 learners from different engineering branches who are joining the BigBinary Academy Workshop. They will spend four hours daily working on BigBinary Academy. We look forward to working with them.

Safa Sherin has been consistently covering BigBinary Academy for one hour every day for a while now. She has been working on our Learn JavaScript course. She has been consistent, and we are happy to have her with us.

Community Feedback

Vaibhav Gupta helped us resolve a typo in our lesson, which could have confused learners. The lesson is now updated. Mirarani Pati helped us identify topics which were not covered yet, but were still used for comprehensive challenges. The lessons have since been moved before the challenges.
